Profile
Samuele Bistoletti is Head of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity at EOLO S.p.A., where he leads the teams responsible for the company's infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital workplace.
With more than thirteen years of experience across software engineering, infrastructure and cybersecurity, he brings together technical expertise and strategic vision. He has led multi-year transformation programs and defined the security governance models that underpin them, approaching every technology choice with a discipline that balances risk management and economic sustainability.
His approach to leadership is built on accountability, clarity and a direct, hands-on understanding of the work. He studied Computer Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, where he also earned a master's in Analytics & Business Intelligence, followed by a master's in Leadership, Empowerment & Change Management at 24ORE Business School. Outside his executive role he maintains two open-source Home Assistant integrations on HACS.
